bree came to nova athenis to harass her cousin, the heir to the family business. bree's a proud member of the irish callahan crime family, and has been involved with its workings since she was old enough to be able to. thanks to her background, she has an unhealthy lack of respect for the law, as well as a love for breaking rules. with a winning smile and a friendly attitude, bree makes friends easily- and then discards them just as easily. thanks to her complete lack of empathy, she doesn't have to worry about hurting other peoples' feelings. in fact, she rather likes hurting feelings. it's something to do. the more amusing she finds you, the longer she'll stick around, whether you like it or not.
friends are good, but enemies are better. they're a lot more interesting than friends, in her opinion, so she does her best to make a few whenever she can. she's really good at it too- it's one of her talents. romance isn't something she's interested in. she's too in love with herself to ever fall for anyone. | [attr="class","marrg"] ZOLA female. sixteen. pansexual. student. lazybones. hobbies include sleeping, avoiding work, sewing, and being a lazy butt.
zola moved to the island at the age of four and considers herself a native to its ways. she knows it like the back of her hand, not that she bothers to explore it much anymore. the only places she cares about are the ones with the most quiet and comfort. zola stumbles from one situation to the next and always chooses the easy way out. she's friendly enough, but doesn't often make an effort towards making new pals. she's a girl of simple tastes; she just likes sleeping, smoking, and sewing. fashion is the one hobby that she allows herself to get semi-excited about, though her taste in it verges on bizarre. if you go to her school, you've probably seen her napping on desks, under desks, under the bleachers, or in the closets. maybe you drew a mustache on her face. that's cool. she doesn't really care.
socializing takes effort, so she doesn't bother to do it very much. she's good at sitting quietly and listening to others talk, though. she makes a good victim because she doesn't bother to fight back, verbally or physically. she doesn't seek out enemies on purpose, nor friends. the only time she goes looking for romance is when she's drunk and wants to make out with someone for a night before forgetting about them the next day. but that's not really romance.

seraphine dropped out of school and ran away to join the circus as a teenager, and has since spent her life drifting from circus to circus. she's spent more time with the circus of nova athenis than she has with any other company, which she considers to be quite impressive. she's proud of boasting she's not afraid of anything, and goes to ridiculous lengths to prove her bravery when it's called into question.
prior to coming to nova athenis, seraphine was never with a company long enough to have anything more than casual relationships. however, she's been on the island long enough to form some real bonds. she considers the circus her family- albeit a giant, occasionally annoying, rather dysfunctional family. but still a family. | [attr="class","marrg"] TBA Flats chignon cotton Cara D. motif street style. killian && bree : k so cousins. these two don't get along too well because they are very different, despite the fact that bree insists they are bestest friends, killian doesn't exactly agree because well ... bree loves mob biz and killian would rather run from it then do anything else. plus bree has no objections with being violent and killian hates it. but they don't outright hate eachother, like they can get along but killy is just a little bit caution about her yeah that's about it? oh and she's breaking into his house.

okay i have a ton of character so i'll throw a ton of plots and feel free to reply to whichever interest you most! bree & angelsame age, similar personalities, i think they'd get along. angel is friendly but he's also very unreliable and doesn't trust people so no issues there. they'd run around raising hell, basically. he'd try to get free drugs or something out of her mob ties lol idek & jamieso uh electric was saying something about mob tension - jamie comes from an italian mafia family and he's the opposite of bree, pretty much. probably wants nothing to do with her, but she could mess around with him, he's used to other people pushing him around and getting him into trouble. though, she might be one of the few people who could actually push him far enough to retaliate. he's normally very patient with bullies, but if bree ever seriously tried to hurt him he would actually defend himself lol. & minzheoh oh i have a crazy too! minzhe has psychopathic tendencies too, but once again he's otherwise opposite. very withdraw, isolated. he's an organ dealer from a prominent chinese crime family, but he's independent now - he might have had dealing with bree's family since then? idk i'm not sure where to go with these two but i feel like they might be interesting to throw together, both as mentally unstable as they are. & camilleon the other hand, there's cami. haha she's so sweet and innocent and thinks bree has such pretty hair wow! she actually has a way of glossing things over so it might interesting to have them interact, because cami will go pretty far to convince herself that everyone she meets is nice and innocent and good. er that's all i got, add/subtract/multiply/divide/square? if you have any other ideas lemme know! |

THey're in the same age group, R being one year older than Bree, but he's not as livly as Bree unless he's trying to sell her ice cream. And speaking of ice cream, I think Arlo would like Bree because her hair is so wild like ice cream. He's pretty childish for his age, so he'd be all into her style. Though, he can be pretty trusting when he's comfortable with a person, so that might lead to some heartbreaking situations.

BREE O'MALLEY + giovanni - yup, like laika said (lol) im super pumped about the mafia/mob tension on the island! Giovanni here is the boss of the Martinelli side, and while formidable, might not have a clue who bree is until some time has passed. Maybe he thinks she's an aquaintence of his daughter or nephew (@clara or jaime (above)) from school. w/e. things could be interesting. BREE O'MALLEY + @junk - Junk is one of the local townie boys and he likes chaos and destruction. they might get along hand and hand, though granted, junks means are limited compared to bree's.

bree & killian, hello, my dearest cousin. so good to see you again! bree's come all the way from ireland to remake your acquaintance, and also to break into your home. because wow, she bets you have a nice couch and she has nowhere to stay. the first thing bree is definitely going to do is track killian down by using her ~*~elite sleuthing abilities~*~ or, you know, by just calling his dad or asking around or whatnot. either way, killian's going to come home from a long day at uni and find that his window's been broken and there's someone sitting on the couch. or something along those lines, w/e. they never were the bestest of buddies, and they never did quite agree on that whole mob thing, but hey! they're cousins, and blood is thicker than water. then again, so's peanut butter. what the hell did I just write here? whatever. we're getting threads with each other awyeah \o/
bree & angel, am I allowed to just take all your plots? I'm not? whatever, I'm a rebel. I'll TAKE THEM ALL ANYWAYS. my, aren't I mischievous today. anyways, onto business! angel and bree would probably rub along together quite well- like you said, they both have fairly similar personalities. they wouldn't be the kind of pals that trust each other, but hey! trust is overrated anyways. and bree does enjoy raising hell. she wouldn't bother to hide her mob affiliation from him- please, she's proud of it- so he'd definitely know about it. and since she does enjoy hanging out with drug dealers, murderers, etc, odds are she might be able to get those drugs for him. connections are a marvelous thing. I'm down for these two raising a little cain.
bree & jamie, I like the idea of her messing with him. it definitely seems like something she'd do. to bree, it's funny to push people around. the fact that jamie's from the Italian mafia just makes it even better for her. pushing jamie around could be a game for her, with the ultimate goal of getting him to retaliate in some way to her bullying ways. he's a doormat the rest of the time; bree just wants to see how far she can mess with him before he takes a stand. she loves cowards, she does. they make the best victims. maybe jamie could be her favorite victim?
bree & minzhe, excellent, fellow psychopaths are the best. I'd love to see them thrown together too, mainly because they seem like a bit of a volatile mixture. I mean, c'mon, when you throw two psychos together, what do you expect? sunshine and rainbows? and apart from their shared psychopathic tendencies and violent instincts, they're as different as night and day. fuq yeah I wanna thread these two. maybe one day bree gets bored and starts wandering around illegal circles and whatnot, and somehow bumps into minzhe and decides that he could be interesting? idk, but I'd love interaction between them. she's going to be the one who's grinning and chatting away and he's going to be just awkwardly sitting there.
bree & camille, I feel like bree would really enjoy cami. she'd definitely enjoy her appreciating bree's hair, because she worked hard on this dye job. but while they're having pleasant conversations, bree would just be casually dropping crazy/mob-related things she's done in the past while cami ignores it all. bree'd probably think cami's steadfastness in ignoring anything negative is adorable as well as great, and enjoy her innocent, cheerful company.
bree & arlo, bree loves it when people appreciate her hair. she worked hard on this hair, dammit! she grew it herself and dyed bits of it randomly and everything! they could probably meet with her either buying ice cream from his truck and him noticing her multicolored hair or maybe she bumps into him somewhere on the university campus? she probably lurks there a bit, because her cousin goes there and she enjoys nothing better than badgering him whenever she can. bree actually likes having childish friends- mainly because it's so easy to get their trust. and once you have their trust, it's amazingly easy to manipulate them! so she'd definitely enjoy having arlo as a 'friend'. plus, he drives an ice cream truck. come on. the possibilities are limitless.
bree & miles, crazy interacting with crazy is my favorite. these two gotta meet somehow, because their interactions will be great, I just know it. the yandere and the psychopath; what a duo.
bree & giovanni, you're not the only one pumped about mafia/mob tensions! those are the best kind of tensions there are. since jaime is an acquaintance of bree's and possibly her favorite victim, odds are that giovanni might see bree around from time to time. after a first encounter, she'd probably realize that he has no idea who she is (or more importantly, what family she's from) and she'd love it. she'd act relatively normal around him, like an ordinary youth, and keep up the charade for as long as possible. why? because it's hilarious to pretend to be something she's not, especially when she knows he's bound to find out eventually what family she belongs to. and boy, won't it be great when he does.
bree & johnny, chaos and destruction? fancy that, bree loves chaos and destruction! these two would probably get along great- united by their love for devastation. so beautiful. bree'd make a point of finding those in Nova who like the same things she does and befriending them and junk falls into that category. he's great- he likes fighting and anarchy and all that shit she finds interesting. bree finds it so sad that he's never had the opportunities she's had for destroying things, and thanks her lucky stars that she was born into a family where destruction is a business. chaos buddies? chaos buddies. let them burn everything down. SO WHICH PLOT DO YOU LIKE MORE? I'm actually excited for both miles and arlo interacting with bree. Hnnnnnng, I dunno which one I'd like more. They're both so great.
In my personal opinion, I think that the arlo and bree plot might be easier only because it's pretty easy to start a plot with an ice cream truck. I've yet to start one up this way and it might be neat!

So let's go under the assumption that troublemakers are natural magnets towards one another. Both are confident, raising hell, and both got awesome hair. She's got smoking rock star-styled hair, and well, Mav rocks the albino look quite nicely, right? I can see them getting long merrily. They could totes be the buds walking the streets seeing who could stir the most trouble. They could be the troll bros, maybe? Like get under people's skin while wearing that troll-wide grin asking, "U mad, bro?" This plot sucks, I'm so sorry. I just wanted to plot with Ari again /sobs

bree & maverick, heyo kitty! how're you doing? I'm glad we can have plots again u v u and your plots are wonderful, you shush. you know how much I appreciate people who post in my plot pages. but I'm babbling. it's just lovely to see you again. ANYWAYS. bree and mav! bree likes troublemakers, naturally. they're her kinda people. maybe one day, mav's outside a cafe, tuning his guitar or having a bite to eat or whatever, and and the next thing you know, bree's running by him with a train of security guards/cops/whatevva on her tail. she grins at him and keeps on running, and the next day they bump into each other and have a whole "did I see you yesterday?" type deal. and that could be how they make first contact and get to talking, as well as get an inkling that the other person is pretty alright and could be fun. so they start committing shenanigans together, swanning down streets, flipping tables and trolling people and the like. I'm totally basing this idea of their first encounter off this scene from Oceans 12; just ignore the romantic undertones and stop watching after 0:45 because the rest isn't relevant. these two would be great for just hanging out with each other too, though I wouldn't advise mav to leave his guitar around her unsupervised, or to invite her to one of his gigs. bree can do crazy shit sometimes. maybe he learns that the hard way? idk, but I'm definitely up for trolling bros \o/ ilukitty

but yeah, bree and clara. bree will probably think clara is such a funny little thing, especially if she makes her dislike of bree known. bree will be that person who makes a point of going out of her way to socialize with clara just because the other girl doesn't like her, because bree's annoying like that. she thinks it's hilarious to do irritating stuff like that, and irritating clara will definitely be a thing at the top of her 'to-do' list, just because. she'll do her best to be twice as loud and twice as obnoxious around Clara. and if she notices that Clara gets even more annoyed at her whenever she's been around Clara's father, she'll probably try to socialize with him even more. because annoying people is fun. yep.

CRISTIN && BREEari my bby <3 time to fix our problem of never getting the chance to have many plots and threads with each other! so we kind of already talked about this on skype, but just to post it up here, clear things up and make it official and all cause why not?
so basicallyyy these two are cousins. cousin who are pretty much polar opposites. they were the sort of cousins who, like you said, were probably arguing since day one. they were those girls who didn't hit it off ever since their first meeting as little kids. i bet bree made cristin cry often as a little girl even though she's two years older. and one day she just couldn't put up with bree's crap anymore and decided to fight back. perhaps it was bree who was responsible for bringing out cristin's tougher side - the argumentative, spitfire side of her? but nonetheless, they are still family. cristin loves her family and even though bree does stuff to get under her skin all the time, she still doesn't want anything bad to happen to her and so will make it a thing to watch over her and make sure that she doesn't get into too many dangerous things. not that bree's making things easy.
and then there's their relationship with killian, which you already perfectly describe as the both of them being the devil and angel on killy's shoulders respectively. cristin would make it her job to keep a close eye on the both of them and would step in the instant she sees them or even senses that they are about to be doing something stupid. but yeah, if bree tries to drag killian somewhere, crisitin would attempt to drag him elsewhere and poor killy's just stuck in the middle.
