bree & cristin, snow! we're finally family members! and family members of an Irish mob, no less- me gusta. things are looking good for our plot lives.
like you say, these two are on opposite ends of the spectrum. cristin's motherly, responsible, and most importantly, has the moral compass that bree lacks. and because she's all that, these two don't get along. at all. they've been squabbling with each other since they were practically born. bree was probably that one kid who would pull on cristin's hair and break things before blaming it on her. bree thinks that cristin is a stick in the mud, not to mention a spoilsport, and will do anything to get under her skin. whenever cristin's around, bree goes out of her way to flaunt her criminal lifestyle in front of her, just because she knows that it'll bug her. basically, anything she can do to irritate cristin, she will do. their arguments are probably the stuff of family legend, not to mention extremely explosive. and, unfortunately, they're pretty much always arguing. they can't agree on anything, least of all on killian. bree wants to lure him back into the mob lifestyle, and has also made it her personal mission to make his life as interesting as possible. unfortunately, 'interesting' means 'dangerous' in this case. but hey! anything for kicks! I love the angel/demon description for them, because it just fits. that's what they are. they're the good and bad influences in their cousin's life, and naturally, good and bad don't get along.

ZOLA BIRDSHELL & @bk201 Us lazy people should stick together~ But seriously Aiden is a 6 years older version of Zola- easy going, laid back, lazy and even of British origins! I can see them both finding the same spot to chill out and spend the day lazing away while skipping school/work. Or we could make the Shaw family old friends of the Birdshell family and see how the two only children (if Zola has no siblings) interact or simply hang out. Let's do eeeeeet!

dear ari, boo doesn't know if you're still around checking but here are plots for you anyway ZOLA BIRDSHELL & @nath well, i couldn't be bothered swapping accounts, so bare with me. nathan is eighteen, but he doesn't care about that, hanging out with younger kids are fine with him. he'd probably not bother hitting on her bc she just sleeps.... all the time... why bother.... but they're probably good friends. makes sure to look out for her during parties, and makes sure to call her out for parties too. she's pretty, so having a pretty girl for company is not a bad thing at all! pretty girl rock, hell yeah. ZOLA BIRDSHELL & @frank which brings us onto something else altogether. my darling franklin is twenty two and very french, but that's okay! i mean, they have sleep in common. while franklin is a narcoleptic and zola isn't, their constant sleeping could be something to bond over, idk. i know that franklin'd definitely treat her to coffee all the time, and try to encourage her to not sleep when he can't help it. |

zola & aiden, I like the idea of them being old family friends! maybe zola's parents got aiden to look after her whenever they went out, or dumped her at his parents' place. she was probably the easiest kid ever to look after, napping was just as big of a priority back then as it is now. they bonded when they were younger, so now, whenever she's not doing anything or whenever she's decided skipping school beats going to school that day, she finds aiden and just hangs out/naps around him.
zola & nathan, dear boo, you know I've been slow because of finals- but I'll apologize for taking so long to get at this anyways. because why not. anyways, sounds good to me. nathan's probably the reason zola gets out of her house at all. if he didn't tell her to come to this party or that, then she'd probably just spend her evenings sitting in her room alone staring at the television, which in her mind isn't all that bad, but getting out of the house is important or something. she's probably good enough friends with him to feel comfortable enough to just fall asleep on his shoulder, if his shoulder is comfortable. she'll make a pillow out of anything. he sends out the bat signal for a party and she comes- well, not running, but walking at a sedately pace?? yes, good enough.
zola & franklin, if there's one thing zola can bond over, it's sleep. because sleep is beautiful and she loves it very much. maybe these two met in a coffee house? like, zola just stumbled in, bought something, and then fell into an armchair and immediately fell asleep without even touching her purchase? maybe franklin originally thought she was narcoleptic too, but nope, turns out she's just lazy. what a plot twist. zola's always up for free things, so she'd accept coffee from franklin. who knows if it'd work or not, that's a mystery that will have to be solved.

ZOLA BIRDSHELLyeah sounds like fun ^^ I can see Aiden using Zola as an excuse when younger- 'sorry, have to babysit a family friend. yeah she's a real handful' and flash forward to the both of them just lazing on the sofa watching lion king with ice cream xD considering he's a laid back guy and all he'd actually give her tips on how to efficiently dodge work and provide her with cover from a 'responsible adult' should be a blast yeah~

BREE & KIERAN So she's willing to chat up anyone, right? Maybe she runs into Kieran and starts to bother him, and he's not exactly opposed to it but he's also kind of like "go away" esp after a lil while? Also she should totally butt in on his (nonexistant) love life because that's always fun!
BREE & AURA Speaking of randomly meeting up, maybe these two become some kind of friends? Aura's willing to be friends with just about anyone and is definitely naive enough to become Bree's somewhat friend. And maybe Bree decides to ... like, idk, dump the friendship for whatever reason and Aura is le sad :C Or something idk, any ideas~?

bree & kieran, kieran wears an eyepatch, so of course bree is going to bother him the first chance she gets. also she might accuse him of being a pirate. because, as everyone knows, only pirates wear eyepatches. it's so obvious. she'd probably end up annoying him, but refusing to go away when he tells her to and just following him around chattering the entire time. and she'd definitely meddle in his lovelife, just for the sake of meddling, and also to try and make kieran as uncomfortable as possible. because that's just a grand old time for everyone involved.
bree & aura, maybe bree's bored one day, bumps into aura, and befriends her since she has nothing better to do? and turns out, aura makes a pretty good friend, plus she's a baker, and bakers make excellent friends because of the free baked goods. so they hang out for a while, have some good times, and then bree decides that she's bored with aura and just drops her without another word, leaving aura all confused? idk. but plots and threads with habbue are lovely things.

BREE & KIERAN I LIKE IT. I almost forget he has an eyepatch. He'd probably try and scare her off by taking the eyepatch off and show her his scars but you know she'd probably just find that cool. IDK. But ahhh his lovelife is lackluster so she'd be bored but she could just bug him like "why don't you have a girlfriend huh huh huh" and he'd be like OH MY GOD.
BREE & AURA aura would love to bake for bree! and then she'd be hella sad when she up and leaves her, she would be quite confused. and then she'd be afraid her baking wasn't good or maybe it tasted like sawdust or something. she'd just end up worrying a lot and probably being a bit sad. BUT THATS LIFE AURA.
i'd be up for threading either/both of these rn if you have room, and if you're up for it? lemme know!

BREE O'MALLEY & indiana mackay: hi ari. i'm finally plotting with you. and look! we both have irish people. yaaaay. okay, so indie here is the heir to a big alcohol company, and i'm sure her and all the callahans would totally wanna buy the good stuff made the irish way. perhaps they were buddies back in ireland before he moved and kept in some sorta contact? he's got a girlfriend who's currently pregnant, so he may come to her and be all like "idk if you've been pregnant or anything, but uh… what is going on and shit?". so, yeah. that's all i got

bree & indiana, hey rav! finally, we can have the plots we always dreamed of- this is a glorious day indeed. excuse me while I shed a tear. but anyways, yeah! Irish buddies! I like the idea of them knowing each other from when they both lived in Ireland. maybe they went to daycare together or something, idk. but they kept in contact after indiana moved (the odd letter or email, that kind of thing), and now when bree came to the island, she made a point of seeking out indie partially for old time's sake and partially to ask him to get her some of his family's booze. he can feel free to ask her about the pregnancy thing, but she'll probably just make up some ridiculous answer that's a total obvious lie in return. still, she'll get a good laugh out of his situation, and that's what's important.
zola & indiana, okay I actually just thought of this, so I'm just going to post it down here, okay? okay. YOU CAN'T STOP ME, RAV. I'm assuming indie goes to the local high school. maybe indie got her started on smoking? like, she could've been skipping class or something or it could have been lunch break and she was looking for a good place to sleep and she bumped into indie smoking, and for some reason, she decided, hey, why not try one of those things, and asked him for a cigarette? and eventually they just started taking smoking breaks together, though zola isn't as big a smoker as indiana. sometimes she brings him a pack of cigarettes, sometimes she just bums one off him. if he wants advice on the whole pregnancy thing, she'd probably offer more useful advice than bree would, that advice being to leave the baby on a doorstep so that it can one day embark on a quest to find its true parents.

so like, i meant to plot here with luke since a long time ago, but ha. things. you knoooowww.
but okie dokie, these two can be classmates! they are in the same year, yeah? junior year if i correctly remember you saying before. luke would tolerate zola. he wouldn't like her because to him there's honestly nothing to like about her. other than the fact that she doesn't really do anything, which is something that he is grateful for since doing nothing is better than doing something that grates his nerves. i think he'd just forget that she exists at times, to be honest. cause her laziness just makes her existence very small. at most is that they'd exchange a few words with each other and then just leave it at that. oh, he'd take pictures of her sleeping in weird places though. just cause he can and i'm assuming that she's just too lazy to move away, haha.
oh, and luke has a puppy named 'skywalker'. it's a brilliant name, right? ayu thought of it. or at least i think it was ayu. and i just went with it cause guess who's too lazy to think of a name. wow, i'm sharing zola's laziness now, haha. but yeah, where i'm going with that is, maybe snake and sky can meet sometime. and they can be friend. a snake and a dog being friends. that's possible, right? yeah, i don't know but i'm going with it cause if someone as lazy as zola can exist then a strange friendship such as this can exist too. /shot for bad logic

LUKE && BREEbree's annoying. bree's dangerous. bree is something (yeah, not even a someone. good job, luke) that he hates. why? um, cause of everything? if there can that person who is able to love you for who you are, then there can also be that person who can hates you for who you are too, right? yeah, the latter is luke regarding bree. she's just crazy. and that in itself is enough for him to want to stay far away from her. for all he knew, she could have broken out of some kind of prison or mental hospital. perhaps he had to drop something off at killian's place and ran into bree there instead? and after that meeting, he never wants to meet her again. he'd actually feel sorry for killian having to live with a cousin like that, haha. but nevertheless, if she's hunting killian down and luke knows where the blonde is, he'll still sell his friend to her if he feels like it. it depends on if he's currently annoyed with killian at the moment or not really, haha. but other than that, it's just going to be him shooting sass at her 24/7. she can very well drag him into ridiculous things and make life hard for him. i give you and bree permission to do that.
