QUINNTON JUNG, assistant lecturer twenty-three | male | demisexual - quinn graduated with a degree in art history and works as an assistant lecturer at the university.
- aside from that and contemplating graduate school, he doesn't do much else. his old professors like to volunteer him into things/projects he'd rather not be part of. and he always has trouble saying no. it keeps him really busy.
- he doesn't do a lot of lecturing, mostly paper-work. sometimes he'll sub if one of the professors is away.
- art history because he has little artistic ability (´Ａ｀。) but he doesn't completely resent himself for that. he loves his major all the same.
- he has a lot of siblings and his 'step-mom' of sorts is a transsexual. he doesn't like to talk about them very much, but he's pretty close to her.
- he detests surprises. and he feels the same way about huge changes. but he's probably more scared than hateful.
- he's pretty nice to everyone though. and even if he prefers to be alone 90% of the time, he isn't the type to reject somebody's company or gripe about it if you absolutely need to spend time with him, for whatever reason.
- ...unless you're that bad. |

quinnton & isobelwooo okay so this is isobel and she's an art student and probably has taken an art history course or two. they're both pretty solitary people, but i think that they would actually like one another's company if they did ever interact somehow. maybe isobel has a question about a project, or maybe he's seen some of her art and they get to talking; something like that. not sure about how they get to that point, but i think they could be friends? they both like art and books and they're both kind of lonerish so they might meet up for coffee or something on occasion? oh man i'm rambling i don't even know if this works or what... lemme.... know...

Okay, so... R isn't... in... any type of art major; he's a business major. HWOEVER, perhaps he has to take an elective as a filler or something and he chooses Art History? And he could have Quinnton as his teacher's assistant lecturer or something and then BAM interaction AW YEAH!
Uh... I'm trying to think if there are other characters of mine that he can interact with, but I dunno who... Raz is pretty sociable when she's comfortable, but how to get them to meet is what's bothering me...

meeting would've taken place in class, most likely. her professor could've been 'oh and if you need any help with the material, feel free to consult my assistant here /throws quinn into the fire' not that most college students bother with consultations. but isobel seems like the rly studious type? and maybe he could've delivered, i guess. like gave good input. so they could turn out to be good friends i think? starting out as mutual respect ...and then they just end up getting used to being around each other because every guy needs that one lesbian friend. art...bros...or something like that. maybe he could come to her for advice once about...people...and then his latent stupidity unfolds. because he's really slow when it comes to interpersonal relationships. |D

quinn would probably be one of those people who'd wonder why r isn't in any kind of art program and feel thoroughly disappointed about it. but quietly. i think .-. like, picture their first meeting during a class and maybe r could be doodling or something? and out of nowhere (or while quinn is helping pass the material around) he sees it and is like 'wow that is really good' and he doesn't realize he just tried to strike up a conversation in the middle of class and the professor is an ass and calls their attention D| but genuinely interested quinn would want to...talk to him abt it more maybe?

Oh no, that's good! A lot of people seem to be disappointed that R isn't in some kind of art program, so he's rather used to that type of response, therefore it wouldn't really bother him any if Quinn was to bring it up.
We should thread these two! I think it would be a lot of fun ;u;
I would laugh if Quinn tried to convince R to like... change his major or something that suited the arts instead.

lol yeah. the only proactive thing he'll ever do in his entire life.
we could like...skip the whole introduction in class thing and he could try talking him into a degree in art somewhere else? they'd still like...barely know each other. but i feel like starting in class might be a bit slow so u_u /insert awkward question about who starts the thread /offers to because i rly don't mind tho

@quinnten + wanda - wanda is another art student who probably took art history with Quinnton! haha man, as someone whose taken art history classes before, when a man's in the classroom, he's usually the only one. (im thinking of the discussion session, once a week, where the TA leads the class in talking about the art instead of the professor's lectures.) and when nude art is the topic of discussion, things get awkward fast! Wanda would probably have raised her hand to ask quinnton inappropriate sexual questions just to take advantage of a comedy situation. Arlo Backer would probably have been the only other dude in the classroom lol
