It’s time for another announcement! Now, before I get to the important information, I would like to welcome all our new members to Ambrosia! It’s great to see all these new faces mixed with the old ones and even greater to see all the members who have returned to us or have just stayed with us for all these months. I’m very excited to see how well we are doing! We will definitely be in for a treat in January when our one year anniversary is here. Count on it!
Yes, that’s right. For all you who have just joined us, we’re almost a year old and we promised there would be a really important event come January. It’s a special, plot related event, which means insertion passes won’t work for it and activity for it will be of utmost importance. This event must reach its conclusion so anyone thinking of participating will need to keep that in mind. That being said, many of the spots in it were filled by the posting contest.
Laika, Katze, Nancy, Boo and Nimbus all have a guaranteed spot in the event due to their performance in the posting contest. Now, I know I said top three, but Boo and Nan both tied as did Laika and Katze so we’ve decided to let the five top posters in. Don’t worry. There will still be a spot in the event and other important events like this one. So keep an eye out! In other news, the writing contest, whose first voting ended in a three way tie, finally has its winners.
Electric, Birdie, and Pom and Mori are the winners. Pom and Mori tied so they will both receive the third place prize. Boo, although she didn’t make it into the top three, she did make it to the voting and will be given three nectar as a result. So let’s give a warm congratulations to all of our contest winners, posting and writing! Good job guys! You deserved it. Before I wrap up this announcement, as it’s getting kind of long, I’d like to talk about the raffle prizes.
Those of you who won the raffle (aside from Nan, who has received her prize), you will start to see your raffle prizes becoming reality in January. Please PM Creation’s account if you have any questions or concerns. Also bring up any other prizes from contests which you haven’t seen yet. It’s been a bit of a chaotic couple of months with school, computer issues, and work. I’ll try to get everything back in order once I have a chance. Until then, keep up the good work and stay active.
