BASICS. Pretty simple - play nice. Be respectful, don't start ooc drama, listen to the staff, don't spam, troll, discriminate, insult or otherwise offend other members. Be a decent human being and you’ll be fine.
RATINGS. Just a reminder to keep things PG-13. This includes in writing and graphics, as well as any other on-site communication (ie. pms and the cbox).
RPING. It should go without being said, but follow the basic etiquette like no godmoding, powerplaying, etc. There is no word count, we're about quality over quantity. We are a laid back community, but we are not a beginner site, and we expect members to have a good grasp of grammar, spelling, and character creation. Please look through the existing threads and characters to get a sense of the level we expect.
CHARACTERS. We expect well-balanced, realistic and interesting characters - no Mary Sues. When it comes to character histories dealing with sensitive subjects, staff reserve the right to reject a character we deem poorly handled or too heavy for the site. There is no set character limit, but we do require at least 15 posts by your latest character before you make another - your first three are freebies.
ACCOUNTS. Every character should have a separate account; please register the account with your character's first name (or whatever name they go by) for ease of tagging, and set the display name FIRST LAST in all caps. All characters must have a faceclaim, no original art allowed.
GRAPHICS. Face claims don't have to be from an anime or manga, but all graphics should be in 2D, animanga style for the sake of uniformity. Miniprofile avatars and icons on the app should be no larger than 100x100. Keep all graphics tasteful, PG-13, and don't stretch the board.
THREADS. Because creation needs to keep an eye on his playthings, we have a thread limit of five per character. This should also encourage you to finish them faster - if the thread is dead or finished, let a staffer know. Event threads are not included in your thread count.
EVENTS. A character can only be in one event at a time, and a member can only have two characters in events at a time. In order to keep events running smoothly, staff running the event can kick members out of events for inappropriate behaviour or inactivity.
GODHOOD. You cannot create a god or demigod character - you apply as a human and become a (demi)god through participating in events. You cannot reserve canon god roles or choose powers. The process of becoming a god is explained in detail here.
