She had her bag, her bike, and quick route to Yuvrani's place, so first thing she did that afternoon was ride over with the intention of a duo study group. Two-thirds of the way there she remembered that they had pretty different classes, but by then she was nearly there and she wasn't feeling up to retracing her steps for nothing.
She parked her bike and bounded up the steps to ring the doorbell and wait with her foot tapping.

There was nobody else home today - a rare occurrence with how many of them were crammed into one house. Yuvrani was enjoying the solitude, sitting on the couch, not paying much attention to anything, not the book in her lap she flipped through absently or the TV in the background.
When the doorbell rang, she took her time to get it, standing with a roll of her eyes. She didn't expect anybody interesting - someone trying to sell something, a little kid with scraped knees looking for one of her younger siblings.
"Hey," It was a pleasant surprise to see Moira - she looked impatient but Yuvrani was just relieved, grinning at her as she swung the door open and invited her in with a wave of her hand. "What brings you here?"

"I was actually gonna ask if we could study together, but I was halfway here when I remembered that we don't really have similar classes." She offered a brief, apologetic smile before shrugging. "But, hey, I was on my way over anyways. Anybody home?" She squinted past her friend's shoulder into the house. It didn't seem like it, which almost seemed like a miracle.

She scoffed, but she didn't mind. Being alone was nice for once, but she didn't mind company. She didn't mind Moira.
"Nope." She could see Moira was just as surprised as she'd been when she'd realized it. Yuvrani could count the number of times she'd actually been home alone on one hand. "So studying is a no-go, but you want a snack or something?" She offered, stepping inside to let her in.

"Yeah, that'd be cool." She stepped in after Yuvrani, kicking off her shoes and scooting them against the wall. She couldn't recall the rules of the house but she wasn't going to take any chances by tracking dirt on the carpet.
"So what are you doing today, anyways?" She asked. She reluctantly added, "If it's chores or something, I'll help. The least I could do for coming over unexpected I guess." She shrugged and gracelessly dropped her bag next to her shoes, and grimaced as a few papers peeked out. She'd never been that organized.
