so he's not here yet but I already know mr. leprechaun will be avidly fucking with the citizens of Nova Athens. He particularly likes to target people who 'need to be knocked down a peg or two' but will still mess with just about anyone. Prank-wise he does anything from stealing pens to stressing (or completely ruining) delicate relationships to wrapping a bedroom in aluminum to capsizing companies to changing passwords to obnoxious phrases...

he owns a shoe store so if you want to make/throw in employees for him that could be fun. Tbh, he actually masquerades as an employee (salesman) himself, owning the store under a different name. As the owner he's pretty 'enigmatic' he communicates with the manager(s) via phone or email, will sometimes ask for unusual requests, as an employee he acts like you'd expect, obnoxiously. no one knows why hes not fired yet

well I don't think orrin would want to bc he kinda looks down on those establishments and knowing his idolized sarge had ties with them might make him :< a bit nvm the fact that hes a little more on the prudent side
