Maribelle couldn't help but smirk a little. Her name definitely sounded a bit fancy, especially with her full name. Van der Berg wasn't exactly a common surname, especially around these parts. Then again, neither was Kieran, which was what his name apparently was. Marie wasn't sure if she ever really met another Kieran in her life.



“Your name is rather interesting too,” she commented, finishing off the last of her breakfast and starting to drink what remained of her coffee. Her eyes slid up to the clock on the wall, nearly spitting out the coffee when she saw the time.



“Oh my God!” Maribelle exclaimed, quickly getting up. “I have to go, I'm gonna be so late!” Without pausing to hear his reply, she quickly gathered up the rest of her things and hurried out the door.
