[attr="class","eleboo"] dotty rivers TWENTY-THREE, PARALEGAL, EX-BALLERINA, BITTER. With a name like Dotty you might expect someone a bit more upbeat. Well, tough. Dotty is a very bitter, very harsh woman who's become upset and dissatisfied with a world that she believes gave her the shaft. This bitterness brought depression with it, and with depression came vices. Dotty is a heavy drinker and frequent smoker, and is all together a pretty self-destructive individual. Nonetheless you can still find her at parties wearing nice dresses and bars ordering rounds, they're hot spots where she can find alcohol and lips to drown herself in. ----- wanted plots ----- DRINKING BUDDIES - Dotty is a fierce drinker who spends many of her nights hopping bars and attending parties both aristocratic and rowdy, as a result she's likely met some people with similar habits or at least some people that want to teach her to slow down. So a drinking rival, a friendly companion, a DD, whatever send them her way! CLOSE FRIEND(s) - This person is likely to be of similar age and/or social standing as Dotty. Someone she's known for awhile, how and why can be worked out. I just need someone she can go to when she has meltdowns or when she's shitfaced and is having trouble getting home. EMPLOYER - As a Paralegal employed by a firm, she's got to have a Lawyer to work cases with! I don't care what you want to do with them - sleazy, straight-laced, girl, or boy, doesn't bother me - just make me one please <3 | [attr="class","eleboo"] gerik faust NINETEEN, MAID, BOXER, GENTLEMAN. Raised to be obedient and respectful above all else, that is exactly what Gerik has become. A boxer but not a scrapper, Gerik is one who likes to keep things friendly and peaceful but will step up to the plate when he feels his ideals or friends are in danger or being unjustly attacked. Really though, he'd love to just be a friendly boy who makes friends and grows flowers. He's also a very closeted homosexual, chilling all the way in Narnia due to being taught very traditional ideas along with the whole obedience and respect thing. -----wanted plots----- CLASSMATES - So these can be past or present. Gerik has lived in Nova Athenis since 6th grade, and is currently attending to the local university. So he'd know people from any of that stretch of time. He's probably that kid a lot of people got along with but not a lot of people really knew. A CONFIDANT - At some point he's going to be compelled to tell SOMEONE he's gay. This will require some plotting to really sort out in what way and why Gerik opened up to them. They'd probably have to be close friends or this person would have to be some elder he really trusted and believed in. He just needs someone to open up to or he'll explode out of self-loathing. GYM BUDDIES - Gerik is kind of a gym rat. He likes keeping himself toned and spends a lot of time lifting or keeping his boxing all shiny and absent of rust. So, he'd probably know a lot of people who frequent gyms. People he lifts with, people he goes up against in the ring, etc. | [attr="class","eleboo"] clarice ashworth TWENTY-ONE, HEIRESS, SADIST, GREEDY. While she is the spoiled next-in-line of the Ashworth family business, she is no princess by any means. A sadistic, manipulative, and flat out materialistic girl, Clarice will do anything to accumulate someone else's wealth or ruin their livelihood. Causing pain is like a drug to her and she can never get enough. She isn't above consorting with criminals to get what she wants, and is more than happy to trade services for a robbery or murder. Basically, this girl isn't someone to trust. When she smiles don't assume she wants to be friends, and when she laughs it's probably not at your wit. She's rotten to the core and damn proud of it. -----wanted plots----- DADDY - Clarice needs a daddy to give her gifts and anything else she wants. This man is the leader of a large real-estate/construction company, and is only slightly less ruthless than his daughter. He's not above spreading rumors about or buying out opponents. He's a businessman through and through, and the only place he really shows his compassion is to his family (Especially his princess Clarice). HIGH SCHOOL VICTIMS - Whenever she saw someone doing well in high school Clarice did her best to bring them down. If it was a boy it usually involved sleeping with them and robbing them blind before they woke up. If you were a girl she probably spread plenty of nasty rumors about you, and only one or two of them were even slightly true. Still, her cheery disposition made her seem almost innocent throughout those four years. CRIMINALS - If she doesn't feel like getting her hands dirty, Clarice is more than happy to hire criminals to do her dirty work. Robbery, murder, organ stealing, anything to take from others and give to herself. She needs gang members, thieves, whores, people she would talk to regularly involving jobs. These relationships can be purely professional, a bit buddy-buddy, or even sexual, though she won't tolerate a lot of lip for very long. | [attr="class","eleboo"] first last AGE. OCCUPATION. HOBBY. @dotty & ANGEL ALESSIdrinking buddies? drinking buddies! these two are like peas in a pod, tbh, in terms of the whole, self destructive heavy drinkers kind of thing. angel pretty much feels like he got fucked over by the world too lol. i actually have an idea of them maybe getting along at first? and eventually they get to talking - idk if dotty would ever really talk about her past and stuff?? but idk if she ever did complain angel would probably get pissed of like 'listen here bitch u think thats bad...' and yeah thoughts? & @mathilde another bar hopping angry girl. she's pretty bitter and hateful too, and i can see these two getting along pretty well? they're the same age too! but yeah, i can see a thread of them maybe just hanging out, smoking, drinking, chatting. er yeah that's all i got for now....... yeah.... enjoy.... |

ANGEL ALESSIDrinking buddies sounds great, and really that surface relationship sounds perfect. I feel like Dotty and Angel could really get into it once they swap pasts, privileged girl had her dream crushed and the poor prostitute never really got to have one. Opposites digging to the same core, I really can't wait to find out if any kind of small friendship they build will endure that. If it does I can definitely see Dotty trying to give Angel a hand with finances and stuff (up until he informs her that he has a sugar daddy). I would love to see these two going to "more classy" parties once Nevada has him all loaded up! Getting drunk off fine wine instead of booze for once. IDK. Buddies that may or may not last through a bad spat. @mathilde These two, these two have a future. Mathilde is really different from what she's used to, and getting to know her wouldn't be a shame at all! They can smoke and drink and chat and get to swapping stories. I can really see them being that classic life-smacking duo that just talks all the shit when they're drunk. Maybe Dotty invites her over for private drinks and they hang out at the beach or something. I don't know, I just want these two to be friends so very badly. Or at least as friendly as two bitter bitches can get. Probably talking trash about each other behind their backs anyway.

GERIK & ORION Maybe 2 of those wanted plots, haha? Pick and choose! Orion's only a year younger than him and (I think??) he's still in high school, but they obviously probably knew each other from years past? Maybe they were friends, just not super close. And Orion himself isn't...straight, though he isn't necessarily gay. But he understands where Gerik is coming from. Maybe something causes them to become closer and Gerik accidentally spills the beans, or maybe (if time is gracious to us) after Orion starts dating Arlo maybe Gerik comes to him for help? Lemme know!

dotty and jobe alright so jobe 29 year old is my police officer who is way too serious almost 100% of the time, but he does drink and smoke almost as often, so drinking buddies maybe? im sorry this isn't longer im literally the worst at plotting orz
gerik and theia soooo they're the same age, so maybe they could have been classmates? theia is really all about being nice giving everyone a chance (at least as far as first impressions go) and she was kinda teased in school about having asthma so maybe he knew her through that somehow idk. also idk if this is likely but if they do end up being former classmates she could be a confidant??? maybe?? dunno man do with this was you will haha

Yo, these two drinking together would be hilarious. Mostly because if Jobe is around when she's really drunk he's getting hit on 10000%. But really, they're not too different sober. While not nearly as serious or moral as Jobe seems to be, she still can be serious about things and is pretty friendly towards most people out of habit. Though that's about where the similarities ends, because under that there's a lot of cynicism and reckless behavior. Nothing against the law, but still.
@theia
Okay so Theia is great and Gerik would love to be her friend yes. He was friendly with a lot of people in high school due to his athleticism and strong academics, but he never really got close to anyone because he didn't want to be part of that world of gossip and back-stabbing that is popularity. I think he would have pretty genuinely liked Theia in school, she would be such a nice breath of fresh air after dealing with most of the student body. If they were really friend-friends (you know what I mean) it would actually be really likely that he would come to her when he finally felt he really needed to tell someone his secret.
I can see Gerik being pretty protective of Theia. Even though she can clearly take care of herself he'd probably treat her like she's pretty fragile. Always on the look out for an asthma attack, pretty quick to shut down any kind of teasing (if they were friends in middle school he would have been that kid that tells everyone to shut up when they're being dicks). Idk, I just see Gerik really liking and getting along with her! Add or subtract to your heart's content!

K, so they could probably be buddies but I really need to know a bit more about the boy to figure out how close they could be. But really that's the only rocky part of this plot. If Gerik had any idea the younger boy wasn't entirely straight he'd probably be curious about how open he is and how he does it.
Really, Gerik's issue is that he was raised on very traditional values and basically has trouble just accepting how not "traditional" his very existence is. So really if he could talk with someone who could make him feel better about himself it'd be awesome. Anyway, I just need more info on what Orion does and how open he is about his sexuality and stuff and we can sort this out more! But this is so promising.

gerik and theia yoooo im like on board with all of this obviously but idk if you know that theia is a demigod? so she doesnt really have asthma anymore so he'd kinda be on the lookout for nothing lol. but ummmm maybe she could tell him about that somewhere down the line? because she's probably gonna want to regardless and who better than someone's she's known since high school lol. oooo maybe she could even show him her powers heh

dotty & shani - shani is a dancer too! i think she'd feel really bad for dotty and really sympathize with her and really do all she can to help her out of her rut. like try to convince her to find another passion to follow, etc. just be a general good influence if you want one? haha idk
gerik & angel - i know you said that he'd want to come out to somebody he trusts buuuut i think he might feel comfortable talking to a stranger as well? like if he ever got drunk maybe and ran into angel and they got to talking. maybe even thought angel was a girl and flirted with 'her'. like, angel is queer as fuck (he has a boyfriend, he crossdresses regularly) so if gerik wanted to get it off his chest i think angel wouldn't be a bad person to do that to? like he's not going to be particularly sympathetic or give great advice, but he's definitely not gonna judge - his nonchalance about it could be comforting, even? idk eventually he'd just end up teasing gerik for being such a virgin and give him gay sex tips thats it

ella & @gerik ok so ella is a really hot-tempered rich as shit bitch who just like thinks everything should come to her on a silver platter but i mean heeeey. anyway maybe gerik is hired as the new maid bc like her family is v wealthy but they have a smallish house bc they have horses so they use the majority of their land for horse stuff anyway i think ella would really like him. i say rich bitch but she's actually like not super awful just hot-tempered and spoiled. anyway i think ella could be a confidant too because like idk how to explain it but she's not as bad as she seems but she also is idk. i'm also the worst at plotting.

GERIK & ORION well orion is super chill. i think he could get along with almost anyone honest. so he's really like...idk how else to describe it, he's just a chill dude who doesn't give any fucks. about most things. he's not exactly like...OUT there with not being straight but he doesn't really hide it. maybe he's had bfs in the past. i don't know! he'd def be down to helping gerik out because he wouldn't be too happy if one of his friends was feeling shitty about this, and even tho he's generally p nonchalant this is something he'd care about.

@theia Cool, I love all of this for both of them. @shani Okay so yeah dancing is cool and Dotty would think it's really cool that Shani dances, even if she is a weird circus girl in a water tank. Probably come to her performances buzzed because really she doesn't go many places without a buzz. If they get close Dotty would probably let her try and help, and if he could get her to stop killing herself that'd be great and a good development plot. I really like this idea, we just have to get to threading. ANGEL ALESSII can see this. Gerik has a bit of anxiety thing and does the college thing and drinks a bunch to try and forget the whole "I'm gay and I hate myself" thing. I can see him being kind of a ranting drunk and I just love the idea of him half hitting on Angel and then going "Wait no, you know what, this sucks. You're a pretty girl and all but I just can't like you. You know why?" And just very angrily start complaining about his sexual identity and how confused it makes him. The fact that Angel would be so cool with everything once he was sober would mean Gerik just has one more person to talk to about it. The first time he gets a boyfriend and maybe gets to sex phase Gerik will definitely go to Angel and be like "ok what the fuck do I do though." Otherwise sex talk would make him so awkward. I'm 19 and what is this. @ella Ok, so Gerik works part time at the Tea Cup Inn. So, unless Ella's parents would be cool with him just working a handful of hours a day (since he also has to do school work) the whole maid thing probably wouldn't work. I can see him being really willing to be friendly with Ella whether she was his employer or not. &CAEDEN- caeden is a bartender who is more interested in losing his job than keeping it. tbh he'd probably let her stay in his bar and drink her weight than have her out and about hopping.

&HUNTER- dunno where they'd meet exactly this is prob the one grouping i could not pin down but uh def friends. hunter loves people he's too nice to turn her away, he probably got used to her and she just visits the inn frequently to give him cookies like everyone else.
