Audra likes cafes with strong coffee, none of that fruity, girly stuff. She likes her coffee strong and black, like her heart she likes the joke sometimes. This cafe is the only place that serves her coffee to her tastes.
It's why she's seated at a little table with her laptop in front of her and her half-full cup of coffee next to her. She's typing away, her newest blog post is about one Salem Bauer, a not-so-recent Nova returnee.
She moves to grab the mouse next to her laptop a little too quickly and hits her cup. It goes flying and flies right into someone, spilling the hot, black coffee all over the person.
Audra leans back into her chair and glances up at the person with a raised eyebrow, "sorry?"
Her tone doesn't help her words at all.

Salem's out of coffee at home – he's always had it in bulk, he's never thought that it would run dry. Cigarettes he's used to running out of – it seems there's never a pack around when he really needs one. But chain smoking doesn't get any caffeine into his system – his desperation is pressing enough to get him out of his apartment.
He finds himself at the nearest café, figuring he can just buy a bag of grounds from them until he can get his usual.
For now, he just needs a cup, black, their best stuff. He's drumming his fingers on the counter and pacing while he waits for a fresh brew, and he's passing a teenage girl on her laptop, though he doesn't glance at the screen, he doesn't even look at her until she's knocked her coffee onto him.
"Watch it, you little bitch!" He snarls through gritted teeth, grabbing for a handful of napkins and hissing – it's hot, soaking through the front of his shirt.

Audra rolls her eyes, "Little late for that isn't it." She knows exactly who she's speaking to. Stupidly long, silver hair, attitude like a prissy teenager, yeah, she knows this is Salem Bauer of that little band who never seems to keep their members. "Though, maybe you should'a just moved out of the fucking way, yeah?"
@salem, haha shitty post

"Yeah, should have been on the look out for rude little cunts like you." He mumbled, distracted with trying to rub out the stain.
"You know how much this shirt costs?" It's probably worth more than everything this little bitch owns combined. It's chump change for Salem, but that's besides the point.

Audra laughs sarcastically. Rude little cunts, funny coming from Mr. Oh-so-important Salem. His attitude isn't any better than her's, she's probably worse but he's no fucking saint either. Audra raises an eyebrow at his question before answering. "Probably too fucking much that's for sure."

His eyes narrow to slits, the kid has the gall to laugh at him. Not so much as a goddamn apology, and he knows he's been right to assume she's an entitled little bitch. "More than you can afford, that's for sure." He snarls. "You know who I am?" Though, everyone knows who he is, or they should. He's a hometown hero, he's a local who made it big.

"Probably." She states, probably not actually. Mom and dad work hard and rake in the cash like it's air. It's just a shirt though, and he's probably just angry. Less probably and more most likely though. Audra resists the urge to laugh at his question. Everyone knows who Salem Bauer is, hometown gone big, he was talk of the town as far as she cares to remember. Little city boy living in L.A doing shows across the world, everyone knows who Salem Bauer is, if you don't, then you've been living under a rock for your whole life.
"Am I supposed to know who you are?" The lie rolls off Audra's tongue flawlessly, but her face does little to help her words. He's just another diva with too much attention to her, maybe he's got a few problems he keeps under wraps but Audra doesn't care. He's in a little cafe on Main Street in the crowded city of Nova Athenis, he's just another, slightly attractive face to her right now.

Of course the price of the shirt doesn't really matter. It's expensive, but he could afford it a million times over. What matters is that somebody had ruined it, and that that somebody was still talking back, as if she doesn't owe him a thing.
When she says he doesn't know who he is, Salem's jaw clenches, disbelief in his narrowed eyes and tilted head. His sunglasses are pushed up off his face, which doesn't look that different from the way he does pictures. Make up and photoshop aside, it isn't like he needs very much of either to look good.
"Salem Bauer." He manages to keep his tone even, though clipped. "Ring a bell?"

She looks at him as if he's confused her. "Na, you're not ringing any bells." She raises an eyebrow at him, but an amused smirk forms on her lips. She's been extremely transparent right now and she doesn't really care if she is. What if she really didn't know him? What if she'd been living under a rock her entire life and Salem Bauer wasn't a name she actually knew.
However, she brushed those thoughts from her mind and glanced at her computer. She debated if she should start typing again and see what his reaction would be, but she decides not to at the last minute.
