It did have a nice ring to it, the name Dominick had so thoughtlessly given himself. Robin Hood, stealing from the rich and giving to the poor - in a way, Dominick could see it. He did make it a habit to only take from those who seemed they could do without, and then giving things out when he felt generous. It fit. More than he'd like to admit.
Except, when his dreaded car broke down - like the piece of shit it was - he muttered under his breath. A mechanic would be in need, and as much as Dominick just loved hanging around for hours waiting to get his car fixed, he didn't think he'd have time to spare. After the tow truck took him to the mechanics, Dominick waited at the counter to be served. ROCKY VANCE

He heard the little bell jingle in the front and he stuffed his rag into his back pocket after using it to wipe off his hands, just in case there was a bit of grease left over from earlier.
It was quite the sight when he saw who it was standing there on the other side of the counter and he grinned broadly, leaning forward against the counter, "Well I'll be damned if it isn't Sir Robin Hood himself."
Rocky looked a bit rougher than he did at the bar, his face a bit dewy from working in a stuffy garage all day.
"So, you got yourself a bit of car trouble, do ya?"

"Shit." There were no attempts in muffling his foul mouth, especially since he had the unfortunate luck of standing face-to-face with the man who wanted to know who he was. "'Afternoon, Rocky."Frowning, he crossed his arms over his chest. "I guess this is one way to find out who I am." He shrugged, not looking at all pleased about it. In fact, he was more than happy to keep his identity a secret. "My car ended up breaking down, I need someone to fix it."ROCKY VANCE

To be honest, figuring out who "Robin Hood" was wasn't on the top of his to-do list. In fact, if he was going to be even more real, he'd forgotten about it until it was brought up again.
Even so, he kept his smile and turned to look at the computer, bringing up a new file just for "Robin Hood."
"I'm gonna need your information for the records of course. Keep you in the system for future reference an' all that,"he stated as he typed away at the keyboard, pausing to wait for his customer to respond. "First name, last name, phone number, what type of car you have, blah blah blah..."
Rocky could probably take one look at the car and know the make and model, plus the year, without being told. Cars were his life, quite literally. He couldn't work if he idnd't know the makes and models he was working on.

Well, yeah, it was perfectly reasonable. The only problem was that Dominick quite liked being known as Robin Hood - simply because it was a great ego boost. "Dominck Kirk, phone number 450-6573. Uh, car is a 2010 Dodge Challenger. But you probably knew that." He nodded towards the black car being towed by. "I got into an accident, got towed here." Looking around the room, as if he was assessing how decently they'd fix his car. "How long do you think this will take?"ROCKY VANCE

"Depends on the damage," Rocky replied as he put in Dominick's information. He didn't even notice the car being towed into the garage, his attention elsewhere, but when he was finished, he looked up and gazed through the little window that lead into the main part of the garage. "What happened, exactly?"
Depending on how bad the damage was depended on the expense, clearly. Rocky was worried that the car might have been totaled if the accident happened to be that bad. Totaling a car wasn't fun. it meant that the cost of the repairs outweighed the total price of the car as if reselling it, which, nobody wanted to deal with. It would be easier just to buy yourself a new car than to pay the repair fees on a totaled one.
"Everything is dependent on that accident, Dom," he continued on as he made his way out into the garage, holding the door open for his customer to follow.

He sighed, half figuring he'd let Rocky find out on his own, but changing his mind in favor of figuring out if he'd have to go find himself something amusing. "I got T-boned. Not too badly, really, but enough to wreck the car." In fact, that somehow managed to be the only thing that was badly damaged from the endeavor, seemingly soaking up most of the impact before it bothered to get to Dominick himself. So he followed Rocky out, into the garage where his car was being pulled in to. "It's probably really bad, honestly. Should I just come back in a few days?" To be honest, he didn't want to stay around if he could avoid it - but knowing his luck he wouldn't be able to. ROCKY VANCE

When he walked into the garage and saw the damage he hissed, rubbing his hand down along the side of the car where the impact happened. He shook his head, then gave the car a soft pat, turned to Dom and thumbed at the vehicle.
"Gonna have to replace the doors at least. Can't go around drivin' with bent inwards doors. They come away at the cracks... Might be able to find you one already here on the lot out in the junk yard, but push comes to shove, we're going to have to order 'em."
He knew the latter could get pricy, so he promises to try and find used ones first out of the junkyard to cut down on the total cost.
"She's not totaled though. You got lucky."

Nodding to whatever Rocky said, Dominick watched as he seemed to size it up. It did look rather beaten up, he had to admit, what with the dented in doors and everything. A crumpled bag was what it reminded him of, something that looked like a feeble attempt to undo a balled up piece of paper. "Don't worry about money. It's not exactly an issue." Whether he ordered them brand new or got them from a junkyard, Dominick was almost certain that he'd definitely have the money to pay them off. Somewhere. "Thank god. I'd be killed if it were totaled." By his parents no doubt. It was a newer car, after all. ROCKY VANCE
