IRRESPONSIBLE To make a long story short, Arcilla doesn't believe in growing up. At least not in the conventional way. For the most part she does her best to live a hedonist's dream. It's rare for her to spend a night at home, and even rarer for her to wake up when she meant to. This has caused her some problems when it comes to her job life guarding at the East Side Beach. More than once others have had to take a slightly longer shift as she groggily makes her way to work.
In general Arcilla does her best to be friendly with everyone. Making enemies means that somewhere down the line she's going to have to take time out of her day to address some old feud. Of course, that doesn't mean enemies are something she can never get. She's painfully blunt, and sometimes very hypocritical in her observations and actions. And, of course, she doesn't live a very responsible or respectable life and this can cause her problems. The latter is something she's likely to deny and argue about too. Just an fyi.
Oh yeah, and she's a bastard child. So she has a daddy floating around somewhere who sent her mother money and gifts for her while she was growing up. Once she started living on her own both stopped -- or at least slowed down. Arcilla doesn't know where the money that supported her as she grew up came from, and has just assumed her mom has started saving up for retirement. If we wanna plot a daddy/daughter meet up we can, but it'll be a rocky road and will require MANY THREADS.
Oh yeah oh yeah, when it comes to love Arcilla is pretty bad. She likes girls and is willing to hook up whenever someone's open to it, but has a real problem committing to romance. MALICIOUS Malvolia spent a fair amount of her childhood, and is now spending her formative years, a happily indoctrined member of a cult. Recruited at the ripe age of nine, she's bore witness to all a satanic cult is usually known for. Ritual sacrifice, member initiations and culling, and has even participated in these actions herself at various times. None of this has ever seemed strange to her on account of the fact that the cult and it's leader -- Angelo Martinelli -- have both raised her to see them as normal. In fact, she's likely one of the most devout and loyal members the cult has. But, despite her past and the strange thoughts and actions it's instilled in her, she's really a teenage girl deep down.
Malvolia likes looking pretty and making friends, and when it comes to social interaction she's not always on top of it. She has a tendency to lie and disrespect authority, and has more than once spread a rumor about a peer she doesn't like. She spends a lot of nights carefully planning out what to wear in the morning, and has learned how to do her nails, hair, and whatever makeup she chooses to a decent degree; allowing her to make herself look as perfect or imperfect as she pleases. As long as there's not a cult meeting or special occasion, she enjoys taking to the streets and either finding a fun party or hanging out with friends from school. OKAY SO I'M thinking that maybe one day when dexter was younger (but when arcilla was still a lifeguard) she tried to swim off the island, but didn't get too far and almost drowned. and OF COURSE!! arcilla was on duty at the time and was forced to save dexter, and of course, dexter still remembers her to this day. but there are two possible routes we could take with this.
first. they haven't seen each other since the incident, but dexter remembers the event clearly and sees arcilla one day and is like !!!! OMG THE GIRL WHO SAVED ME!!!! and like goes up to talk to her and tries to be her friend and what not bc omg u saved me when i was younger, u even used cpr god bless your soul that.
second. arcilla and dexter kept in touch after dexter drowned. maybe just vaguely, like the occasional text every so often and what not. and they kind of have a loose friendship or something, meeting up ever so often and hanging out every so often as well??
idk, yeah/no/bye?? let me know.
i also have harper phoenix, buuut he's not too interesting nor can i think of anything so?? yeah that's all i got orz.

So, this can still work but I do want to emphasize that there's only a one year difference between Dexter and Arcilla. This shouldn't be too big a deal though since -- at least where I live -- you can be a life guard from the time you're like 16. So she definitely could have still been one at that time.
Anyway, back to the actual plot. Arcilla is pretty selective in who she keeps up with. For the most part it's pretty much restrained to people who are good for a nice night. Party people mainly. So she probably wouldn't have made an effort to keep in touch with Dexter. She saved her, locked lips for kicks to resuscitate her, and then went back to her daily life after soaking in some praise. But, Dexter trying to get in touch with Arcilla does make some more sense.
Once they talk I think Arcilla and Dexter might bond a bit on the flaky aspect to both of them, and may make good one-night partiers. From then on Arcilla would probably just try and get connected for parties. I don't know. This plot has some potential, but I guess I'm bad at building from vague to detailed XD. I'm kind of a weak plotter, sorry.

these two are really similar! angel is a hardcore partier too, so they'd definitely know each other. they might have even been familiar with each other for a while, like casual friends. if she has known him for a while, she'd have seen that a looooooot has changed - basically he ran away from home and was a prostitute and now he's a demigod with a filthy rich fiance and drinking is his full time job. honestly i'd love angel to have some closer friends bc he's going through a lot of shit atm and maybe arcilla could be one?

Yessssss, party buddies! Yeah, Arcilla has been all about parties since she was in high school, and definitely knows angel as a result. They can drink together as often or as rarely as he wants, whatever makes the nights go smoothly! I imagine if they've been drinking together for a few years Arcilla will at least be moderately close to Angel, but it's worth noting that she is probably not the best person to go to with problems. Mostly because whenever she has problems she tends to ignore them or drink them away. This doesn't, of course, mean she can't be blunt about his problems and give some -- likely hypocrticial -- advice.

I can see Arcilla probably messing with him. Not so much in stringing him along because wow that's a lot of work for a laugh, but probably get jokingly flirty. Think trying to get a teenager worked up. Just be stupid playful and then ruffle his hair or some shit. Just to get him frustrated. All in good fun though of course.

OKAY, i can totally see dexter being the one (the only one lmao) who wants them to keep in touch with each other. it probably wasn't a big deal to arcilla but hey, it was something pretty big to dexter so!! yeah. dexter isn't really big on the party scene, but hey, who says she can't try and get started on it, y'know?? MAYBE, dexter approaches arcilla on the premise of "hey i was wondering if you know of any good parties going on??" but its actually like "hey i'm still not over you saved my life, we should DEFINITELY still hang out even though i realise you probably have 0 interest in me."
and maybe after that, they sort of become like one-night stand buddies/one-night party buddies because dexter is in and out of nova athenis a lot so super serious relationships are not on her list of to-dos. but arcilla will always hold a special place in her heart tbh, like platonically, cause - and i know i'm putting a hell of a lot of emphisis on this but idk what else to do - SHE SAVED HER LIFE. and yeah, idk what else to say!! maybe you can add on??
(and its totally ok if ur a weak plotter, we can still make good thing happen)

nessa & arcilla GOD okay so first of all im p sure i hold the record for worst plotter ever and b I CAN'T BELIEVE I DIDN'T PLOT W YOU FIRST? im a disgrace smh. anyways nessa and arcilla are close in age, my girl's only one yr older than her. nessa is kind of a moral trainwreck but i think she and arcilla are alike in the fact that nessa just doesn't...ever....want to grow up. she's 23 but she's SO immature jesus, but she's pretty party-inclined these days so i think interactions would be fun?? i mean nessa would probably want to talk to her in a GREAT MINDS THINK ALIKE kind of way, probably creep her out to some extent. i don't know what they'd be but i think they could just have some fun threads??? alright i warned you im horrible at this BYE

Yeah I can understand that. Having your life saved is a huge thing, and I think even though Arcilla isn't one to get sentimental over such a thing, it is possible that she would love the extra attention Dexter would give her because of it. And really, having a chance to introduce someone to the great life she lives would be a blessing to her. Of course, if Dexter didn't embrace the night life it's likely Arcilla would drop her like a burning plate.
Man, Arcilla is getting so many sex buddies! Yeah, they can totally have one-night-stands and party nights galore. Arcilla is all about the night life, and when it comes to a party the more the merrier. Noncommittal relationships only it make it better for her. And again, she'd likely never return the real sentiment Dex does, but hey she'll enjoy the fun nights!

See, Arcilla is pretty whatever when it comes to morals. Really, she couldn't care less unless you're killing people or her vibe. If what you're doing makes you happy keep doing it! But yeah, partying is again a great idea. I can see Arcilla giving any kind of mischief Nessa has in mind a try as long as it's reasonably harmless. Great minds thinking alike is something Arcilla loves to hear too! As for creeping her out, it would depend what kind of conversation came up. If they start talking about bad gang stuff she probably would get a bit of the creep crawlies, because even though she may be a bit of a troublemaker the shady gang whisperings make her uneasy. But yeah, I'm all over this! And it's fine if you're not a great plotter, I'm just as bad <3

ok you already know the gist of the whole thing basically, so i was thinking that nessa is at a club (or someplace shady downtown idk) goin about her business and then they run into each other and for a sec she's like wait i know this person-OH SHIZZLE and turns tail but they end up having a lil confrontation. nothing too big i think though? mostly because i don't wanna start+end the whole plot in one thread lol. idk mang tell me if its good with you. DANNY MA & jamie could be fun, btw. jamie's actually nessa's cousin (but they pretty much grew up together), so i mean danny wouldn't be fond of him on that front, but jamie used to get bullied a lot by nessa so he's not exactly her biggest fan either, though he puts up with her. (he's in the mafia too haha) jamie's really dutiful as well, but he's sort of having a sort of conflict between his family/work and his boyfriend? like idk i'm not sure exactly where to go with these two, but i do feel like something verrrrry interesting could come of them - maybe if the meet at a bar or something idek casually get to chatting (even though jamie's a little off kilter, if danny wouldn't mind?) im so tired this is trash goodbye

Danny can be heading home or whatever (he's definitely kind of hard on money so he probably won't be living in a great place), and just kind of catches sight of her for a second. Turns her around, OH SHIZZLE, maybe a little mini chase. Probably mostly a verbal confrontation though. I imagine Nessa would be pretty good at slipping away when she felt she had to. Likely wouldn't come out with more than maybe a bruise on her arm from the grip. I definitely want this plot to last.

Reading Jamie's app, it seems like they're kind of opposites in a lot of ways? It says he's passive, and spineless, and generally kind of unobtrusive. I think initially Danny wouldn't really have any real problems with him, just due to that fact. But, if he got involved with his business with Nessa and he made the connection (or made the connection in any other way) he would become pretty cold and rough towards the other man. He wants to be able to get to Nessa, and if someone is going to get in his way he's not likely to take it laying down.
I'm so sorry both of you, reminder that I'm shit at plotting! All these Arcilla plots are a go, we just gotta talk threads
