Robert's hair is soaked to his skin and his clothes are the same. He almost walks around like he's gone, and it's a ghost for his body, not him.
As if he's ever been that attached to reality, anyway.
The rain lets up slightly, but the wind was blowing quite harshly. He wondered if it'd gone twilight; his phone got out of battery. Still, he walks down the street and through the next, as if chance would grace him and he'd brush past Roya's figure. Then maybe he could find answers. Roya was always his first part of the answers in his life; his search for identity, for one.
He presses his lips together and forces his way through, but there's nothing but grim and dirt; he can hear the lights and the noise of the red light district, but no Roya.
He wonders where he'll sleep tonight.

The rain had let up a little but not enough for him not to get soaked without an umbrella. He just had to decide to go to the red-light district today, didn't he? Ah, he supposed this was a blessing in disguise - hidden by the number of people scrambling for shelter, the number of people hidden behind their umbrellas, he supposed no one would take a second look at him. He supposed he could find some other form of entertainment. No use crying over this.
He'd turned away from the district, about to leave to make his way back to the more 'proper' areas of Nova Athenis when a figure caught his attention - soaked yet seemingly uncaring about his surroundings. He wasn't sure what it was about them, but there was something strangely familiar. Curiosity got the better of him, Cecil taking a few steps closer, keeping his umbrella overhead. The wind was strong and the rain cold, surely they must be freezing.
"Excuse me," he'd called out, and the closer he got to the person, the more familiar they seemed, and the more he thought 'Ah, pretty'. Even despite the rain, they were pretty, the water dripping down their face and clothes and hair, but it was a certain aura from the stranger that drew Cecil to them. He wasn't sure if it was interest or just curiosity, but he neared them, anyway, moving the umbrella he held to cover the both of them, a hand on the smaller one's shoulder. His touch was soft, and his smile gentle, peering at the figure. "Are you alright?"

The umbrella blocked the rain, but not quite the wind. It was as if this stranger's actions made his reality come crashing down before him. To this stranger, he only blinked twice, and grouped his fringe together, the strands of hair making more water drip down to his cheeks. Suddenly, he felt really cold.
White hair, and if it was blonder, it could've been Roya's. The man was tall, considerably taller than himself, so he looked up to get a better look at him. Oval green glasses and a fair complexion. His strange familiarity was the only thing convincing him he wasn't in any imminent danger.
"Fine." His head dipped down. "Just fine." He repeated, more for his own benefit.

She seemed young - much, much younger than he was, those eyes looking at him in a way Cecil wasn't quite sure meant. Actually, Cecil didn't know what the younger one was thinking at all, from the way she blinked at him, the way she looked at him. Cecil could usually tell, and usually reacted in response to that, but with this girl, he didn't know. Wouldn't she be suspicious? was his first thought. He was sure he looked older, his glasses probably not helping at all to make him seem younger - not even close to being as young as her.
"You don't look fine at all." He kept his voice gentle but loud enough to be heard over the rain, a reassuring smile on his face as he tried to guide the girl to shelter, his hand on her shoulders. She was soaked. How old was she, to be wandering around in these parts? Probably no older than his --
"Aren't you a student of mine?" he asked, leaning in slightly to take a better look of her, the surprise on his face before he gave another smile. "I'm pretty sure you're in one of my classes. Forgive me if I'm wrong, though."

"Yeah, and don't you know it all." Robert retorted, violently shivering now. He sneezed, rubbing his nose with his arm scruffily. He allowed himself to be lead away, but looked uneasily at the teacher. This could get messy.
"No." He said firmly. Getting involved with a teacher was just not what he wanted right now.
It was then he started coughing violently, rubbing the sides of his arms. Now trapped out of his trance, Robert felt lost.

He wasn't unfazed by the comment, instead he frowned at the shiver he could feel. "Whatever the case, it would still be best if you're out of the cold, hm?" Cecil looked around, trying to find a much more decent place. His own house was too far, and he wasn't that familiar with this area, either.
Still, he walked on - and only up ahead noticed the sign of a motel. He led his student there, keeping the umbrella above her. "No, I'm sure you are. The more I think about it, the more I know I've seen you in my classes before," he spoke, trying to keep his voice friendly, trying to ignore the excited little voice in his head reminding him how he was leading a student to a motel, before they were eventually by the entrance.
When he started coughing harder than he did earlier, Cecil was a little taken aback, only then remembering he actually had a coat on. He took off his coat (while trying to keep the umbrella above them), before dumping it over the student's head. "Here, try to keep warm," he said, before leading her inside, moving over to get a key and a room for the night.

His footsteps were heavy, hesitant, and he wasn't even sure why he was letting the teacher have his way with him. Ah, it didn't matter. Jump one hurdle at a time.
He grabbed the sides of the coat around his body, but honestly, he didn't see the point. The cold was already seeping into his bones, and no amount of hot showers could get rid of it. He followed him in though, eyes numbly looking over the place - it was grim, dark, with minimal amount of lighting. Luckily he wasn't the one with anything valuable in his pockets.

The guy handing him his key didn't even bother looking at either of them twice. This was a common sight here, wasn't it? It suddenly dawned on him how much he could get away with here. Taking a glance at the girl beside him, he didn't let his mind wander off further - too dangerous, but even then, he stepped towards her, placing a hand on the small of her back as he led her to their room.
It was small and dark, just like the rest of the building - the lighting dim and the furniture sparse. Well, it was obvious what people came here for, judging by the bed in the middle. Looking back at the girl, his hand still on her back, he pointed to a door by the side. "You should take a shower. We don't have extra clothes, though, so you can use my coat for now."

Once they got into the room, Robert made a point to ignore the teacher. He threw the coat on the bed, and stripped off his shirt, peeling it away from his skin. With that, he sighed, preceding to take off his trousers, leaving that a puddle on the floor. Clad only in his boxers, he marched over to the shower and closed the door behind him, excited for the prospect of a hot water shower.

Cecil found himself making no move to protest when she started stripping (in fact, he was looking at her much more intently than before) - and only then realized why she was so nonchalant about it. Or rather, he should say he. It was too unfair to call him a he. Actually, he should have paid more attention to that earlier rather than just his pretty face.
But even now, as his eyes followed the girl's - boy's figure, he found he didn't mind. He found his eyes lingering at the expanse of skin being shown to him, just until the door was shut. Ah well. He always knew there was something a bit wrong with him, this probably shouldn't be a surprise. Picking up her - his wet clothes, he moved to hang them near the window, noting how the rain wasn't letting up any time soon.

He walked out of the shower with bare feet and only a towel around his hips. He had to keep it in place though, because it didn't fit exactly fit snugly around them. He had dried his body in the shower and his hair was only a little wet, he decided as he ran his hand through it.
Robert watched the older man's figure as he hung out his wet clothes. He felt nothing by the action, but simply hopped into a side of the big bed and pulled the covers over. It wasn't his intention, but he was quickly losing grip; a calm washed over him, as well as an odd, mystifying heat. Only sleep could satisfy him.

As soon as he heard the door open, Cecil turned his head, seeing the boy step out with only a towel on. He really was so defenseless. "You shouldn't just walk around like that," he'd said, keeping his eyes on him, noting now how flat his chest was. Yes, he definitely had to be a boy, who didn't even seem to pay him much mind, simply hopping onto a side of the bed.
With a sigh, Cecil moved over to the opposite side, scooting closer towards the younger boy. He really was so small (compared to him)... and so thin. "You're too defenseless," he said, reaching over to push away the strands of hair on the boy's face, noting how he seemed to be slipping off to sleep. "Be careful or old men are going to eat you up." His hands moved down to the boy's cheeks as if petting him. Ah, there was definitely something wrong with him (and not including what he already knew). Why was he so attracted to this boy? "Ah, well, I'm not going to do anything, so go ahead and sleep well~"

His eyelids fluttered, fleeting between the space of reality and dream. Words didn't really register to him, coming into his conscientiousness through murmurs. His lips parted slightly, sighing at the touch, even though he couldn't really tell what was going on - only knowing that he was being touched and he liked it. Robert hadn't really experienced intimacy like that before, even from a parental level. Rather, he forgot what it felt like.
There was an impeccable warm that he felt, and it washed through his entire body, eventually catching fire and burning his skin. He shifted uncomfortably in sleep, gripping the covers and unknowingly drawing himself closer to the body heat of the teacher. He shivered.

It was sick how his eyes gleamed at the sight of the young boy leaning into his touch, getting excited at the positive reaction. Like a cat, where his first thoughts as his fingers moved down to cup his chin, his thumb rubbing against the boy's soft lips. It was strange, how much he'd stopped himself from doing any more than this. Usually, he would - he rarely (if ever) went into a motel without leaving with something done. It wasn't even that she turned out to be a he.
He had an aura that completely captured his attention, made him want to take him completely - bit by bit, little by little, see how far he can go. When he curled up beside him just made the desire stronger, his touches moving just a little further down before he stopped himself. No no, there'll be more opportunities.
Little by little. Those were the thoughts he held as he drifted off to sleep.
