i think she definitely would have heard of him! they might run in sort of the same circles, maybe? basic thing is, at first, channing is rather untrusting of others, eventually she'll warm up to them. it's really just a several mechanism that even though she's in a good place and time in her life, she doesn't know how to turn off or cope really with the nice realty that she's in. in her mind, she's still very well living in a street rat's hellhole. though after she warms up, and trusts someone, she doesn't normally second guess them nearly as much. idk for how long you've wanted them to know each other? also, she needs friends, especially some with common interests and love to get their blood pumping! the fight seems like a really great idea. do you wanna thread? if so, do you want me to start, or do you wanna start?

hadas has lived in nova his entire life, he's never even left the island, even though he very much wants to. he's really quiet and shy, doesn't really voice his opinions, and is really uncomfortable around newcomers unless they charm him. though, he's a lot more comfortable and open with people he's known for an awfully long time. maybe they're childhood friends? hadas at first, would have most definitely been a little unnerved about her bright personalty, but now, with much time, idk maybe she brightens up his day?

i dig this idea! junjie respects his little brother for his skills as a hacker, something he could never do, and probably gets along a lot better with him than he does minzhe. aka, he doesn't boss the shit out of him. still, though, i think junjie might look down on him just a little due to his squeamishness. especially considering almost daily he works and bosses around minzhe who used to disembowel cats in his free time or w/e. he does love peng though, and deep down he feels like he let him down, considering that he uprooted the family to have a normal life and here they are doing the same old same old, just in a new place.

he would go looking for him though! and would definitely tease him by asking him to help him with bagging some organs, but peng's cleaning up his own puke. also, junjie lives with their fabulous cousin @qianfan.

besides this thread between peng and junjie, i think we should have a family thread? get @f, @minzhe, peng, qianfan, and junjie together!

can i just tell you how much i love you for taking up two of my characters' family members?

angelo loves his mother even though he doesn't see her much! he's trying really hard not to join papa's business, he promises! though he does feel like papa would like him better if he did join- besides that, he does have some decent pickpocketing skill. it's a secret from her i suppose. he's also a little strange in the head but w/e. he'd love to have some mother-son bonding time! especially considering he doesn't see her much, he'd definitely make use of it. i don't think he'd even notice her checking to see if he had any criminal skills though.

also he doesn't mind her spoiling him! i want this, all of this its really god damn cute.
