When she noticed him cutting up vegetables, she paused. She'd never had anyone cook for her before, she'd always either cooked her own meals, or didn't eat. Of course she didn't expect for Erik to let her eat anything, especially since he'd already done so much for her. Kasper still felt dirty, even if he did say that they would be cleaned daily. After a moment of watching him, she stepped back into the bedroom, locating the bathroom in the corner of the bedroom. And it was big, bigger than any other room she'd had before. It was a shame something like this couldn't last, but she knew eventually he'd want something from her she couldn't give.
A quick shower later, Kasper was out pulling her clothes out of her bag, slipping on the shorts and long-sleeve shirt. An odd combination, but because of how badly bruised her arms normally ended up, Kasper had gotten used to sleeves on her arms. She wrapped her arms around her body before she walked out, heading into the kitchen. She found Erik still there, though her attention turned to the living room, eyes moving about. She wondered if there was anyone else he'd brought home before. But, that was neither here nor now. A breath escaped her before she turned back into the kitchen.
"is there anything I can help with?" The young woman asked softly, finding a clear part of the counter and leaning back against it. She wasn't too sure on what she should be doing at this point, but she figured Erik would tell her if he wanted her to do anything. She just wasn't used to standing around and doing nothing. She normally always had something to do with her hands, but when she ran away, she'd dropped everything but the bag she always kept packed. Her eyes moved round as she brushed her wet, white hair out of her face, waiting for the reply from her "savior".
