[attr="class","blabber"]  if your idea of a great night involves a bar crawl, shots and a fight or two they're bound to get along with paris! a guy currently avoiding responsibilities paris has "taken a break" from his professional life to party!!! so if there are character's who frequent nova athenis' night life it's likely they could be familiar with him, even if he's new on the scene. truth is, paris is meant to be on the down low because he's hiding out from some pretty unsavoury people because he's a pretty unsavoury lad as well! previously working with gangs he's hiding out in south nova athenis but being anything but subtle. he'll need to pick up some kind of work again soon (seriously, close protection is bomb!) so it'd be cool to see if anyone would hire him. or other bodyguards hit him up!! it'd just be interesting to see what could be done with that. in terms of future plans i'm pretty keen on him actually growing a sense of responsibility!!!!! obligations are the bomb!!!! i wanna get him in with clashes with people because while he has a laid-back personality he's really brazen and throws around his weight a lot which is super dangerous because a lot of the time he doesn't know what he's getting into. no drunken hook-ups tho lbr paris would be too drunk to get it up. maybe they could snuggle for half an hour while he mumbles drinking chants in his sleep | [attr="class","mainer"]EOIN DEVLIN

[attr="class","blabber"]  possibly trying to organise a prison break off the island eoin's one goal in life is simple: GET!!! OFF!!! NOVA ATHENIS!!! he's been there his whole life and is really itching to move. when eoin's not planning to escape he's doing subpar at school and pretending to have a job. schoolmates are definite but relationships with eoin are either black or white - either he's all over you because he really wants you to like him or he's staying the hell away from you because he hates you but hates conflict even more. he's definitely not a popular kid - his personality ain't right + he used to spend a bit too much working to keep friendships - and definitely on the lower part of the food chain in his class! i'd love him to have people he doesn't get along with though please FORCED CONFRONTATION FOR THIS LI'L WEENIE but friends would be nice anyway! especially someone who he can get happy @ and he'd probably more than fascinated with people off of the island. they'd just have to deal with the fact he doesn't think things through before he says them! also no romance i wouldn't be comfortable writing something like that w/ a character who has zero self esteem right now ahaha | [attr="class","mainer"]GWEN ELLIS

[attr="class","blabber"]  please listen to her heartfelt speech about funding for the local council!!!!! gwen is desperate to improve nova athenis! a representative working in whatever way possible to improve the island what she lacks in confidence she makes up with… well, an attempt at an optimistic attitude. oh my god does she try etc i'd really love gwen to get out there in helping people out, okay? rping her working together with people would be interesting in terms of progression of her confidence + honest levels, whether they go up and down, side ways or twirling! working together means idk anything from community meetings to leafletting to etcetc also friends!! gwen's a native to nova athenis and i'd love her to know people from high school, university? just from out and about? gwen really opens up about friends, she just isn't very true to herself. also omg she's in a choir CHOIR FRIENDS PLEASE FOR REAL there must be someone in nova athenis that attends choir!! in mind i have gwen growing a little more honest about what she like and what she doesn't - ~~FOLLOWING HER HEART AND INTERESTS MAYBE? still not sure how that's gonna happen! i'd really like someone she can clash with tbqh i think she wouldn't do very well with super judgmental characters because she cannot deal with the thought of someone disliking her! O M F G i was literally thinking of how they would not get along when originally reading through nathan's app! seriously, eoin is a big loser and nathan is not. maybe they're in the same homeroom or something (is that what americans call it idk) but i see no liking on the part of mr. devlin for nate or his crew. so definitely someone who hates his guts - HURRAY FOR GUT-HATING! you're right, their personalities clash.
tho i don't think eoin's dislike would be that evident in short bursts of contact with nate - not too evident anyway! however, if there was something that kept them together longer i think something terrible happening would be far more likely given that eoin running his mouth + he'd probably eventually break lmao.
in the end, though, i actually think they have some respects they're similar in? after all, they're both major escapists but definitely in their own ways! nate's uses his PARTY ANIMAL SPIEL to cope w/ his family business but he thinks the future is completely bleak - that's a whole ball park away from eoin who clings to his idealistic idea of the future like a safety blanket. it's a nice contrast innit?

i mean i think it would be fun threading them anyway? then again, i think i remember you being a li'l unsure when it comes to these kind of plots so if you don't want to that's chill! i do think that the two of them could challenge each other a bit though - either they'd force them to face themselves a bit or make them go more into their escapist ways.
they're both shit at school too can u imagine them doing a project together in class or something. if nate tried to dump it on eoin b/c eoin's a nerd eoin still wouldn't do it and they'd both be in realms of shit ahaha

ahhh man paris gets a pure sense of satisfaction out of unravelling tightly wound people! the career opposites make it all the more cool for plots here - he kinda should not be about police officers but, to him, all's fair in pub crawls to him! + he's obviously a super irresponsible person.
at the very least, i'm glad eva can get a li'l out of this! learning how to be a li'l more laid-back is a good thing but i'm sure she shouldn't need to totally compromise her personality - after all, paris needs to learn how to be a little more responsible himself. still man i'm up for the brawls that would come out this!
IF SHE NEEDS A LI'L MORE SPONTANEITY IN HER LIFE THIS IS ONE OF THE BEST SOURCES TO GET IT FROM!!!! fresh from the springs of manchester, uk, here is mr. bellamy coming to start fights when they're out. i have no idea how they would have met though (not exactly having similar domains daily aside from she had already gone out on nights or whatever). and i don't know what kinda plans you have for eva in the long-term (aside from grabbing that beautiful ambit) but if you have any character development ideas i don't mind throwing paris into that!
also ngl paris loves older ladies so she'll have to put up with awful shameless flirting as well for a bit |

paris & lane || "Hey bitch, you ready to go cause some wild fucking chaos?" I can see Lane and Paris hitting it off quite well once/if they met at a bar. They might of even exchanged fists, their faces equally sharing the consequence of that trade. Though I'm not too sure how well Paris would fare against this fine mma star! But, he IS a bodyguard and a man, so I assume they'd of had a fun fight. It'd be a good first meeting. Or just at the bar, Paris catches her bitching about service and tries to loosen her up.. oh god I see another bar fight starting. Hahaha. I think their personalities might or could of clashed here and there, but overall Laney would come to appreciate Paris and his fun-loving ridiculousness. She frequents the clubs and such just to seek out some fights to get away from the much too burdensome hassle of siphoning through her emotions and thoughts. Not quite sure how he'd take her personality though, but I imagine it would be in a graceful stride of okay-you-don't-give-a-fuck, I-don't-give-a-fuck, lets-give-no-fucks-together-for-a-while. oh for real this is super neat angel! lane's hard-hitting, fighter vibes are delicious tbqh and i don't think her personality will rub paris that wrong way at all? i like your idea of them hitting it off because it's basically literally hitting it off and that's fantastic!
fun fight for sure! mma star fighter is hella cool - paris's been boxing since about seven and has moved around a bit (kicked out of krav maga classes if you ask him it's because the coach wasn't being fun) but for real, he lacks the heart and spirit of a fightin' star like lane so don't put her down i'm sure she could trump him!
at any rate, if she was like that paris wouldn't not tell her to calm down and ensuing etcetc it's a decent way for them to meet or whatever because BAR FIGHT!!
you're right about clashing since even though paris is super super laid-back since jane is super abrupt and forward i don't see them not have clicking totally?? they'd come to appreciate each other even if it just means one more person to drag around to every bar on nova athenis. bumping into each other for sure!!

but yeah, i can definitely see them training/sparring together after a friendship is established, even if they DO clash here and there, a mutual respect and entertainment is always appreciated. how proficient was he in krav maga, though? that'd be one sure style of fighting that would of attracted her attention easy. or rather, held her interest. could of been the source of them starting to train/and such. of course, could also just of ran into each other in a gym haplessly. if he lives around south nova, anyway (though she has a shit ton of money, she doesn't like taking more than she needs, and a fancy ass home taking up three times as much space is certainly taking more than you need, in her opinion.) anywaynaywa.... yeah. could of duked it out at bar one night. next day ran into each other at the gym (rather noticed/acknowledged each other for the first time) and go from there. and : o that'd be an interesting thing to see -- him offering her some shady propositions. it'd def depend on what it is, though, regarding whether or not she'd reject it. (she's honestly a danger whore/enjoys the unpredictable nature of "street fighting" outside of the ring. so who knows what other shit could entice her interest. especially if it involved bloodied fists and faces!) <3 don't worry about the rehash, haha, love it.
