"Oh good... So you live near me, then? I frequent that area a lot. It's not too far from my apartment, actually. I know where you're talking about," he replied with a grin, sitting up a little bit more in interest. "Heh, who knew you were so close to me? You don't look the type to live in a place like South Nova, though. I don't mean any offense by that, just... so you know."The last thing Rocky needed was to offend this guy. He was enjoying himself just talking with him, relaxing outside. "Yeah, I'd love to come see more of you shows. I'll definitely be cheerin' you on out in the crowd! I mean... figuratively. I won't actually... shout out... or anythin' like that," Rocky replied, his words getting a little fumbled. Damn, he knew what that meant. "But uh... since you live so close... That means we could hang out sometimes, yeah?Did Hadas just sort-of, kinda ask Rocky out on a not-exactly-date-but-kind-of? He'd go and see Hadas even if it wasn't, but if it was... Well, he was okay with that.

| H adas smiled. "It seems so." They did live close. It was a nice thought since Hadas thought they got along rather well.He didn't have many friends, let alone in the same district as him. It was nice that there was one not so far from home.
Though he didn't quite know if Rocky considered him a friend yet, but he seemed to, or maybe it was Hadas jumping to conclusions. It was probably the latter. "You don't seem like the "type" either." He knew exactly what he was referring to, the rowdy up all night drunks was the stereotypical idea of a person from South Nova.
"I'd like that, literally would be a rather noisy endeavor." He couldn't help but laugh. "But it would be nice to see a familiar face in the ground."
"I'd like that, my apartment is a little small to hang out at though..."

He let out a chuckle, "Who said we'd have to hang out at your place if it's so small? We can go out and do other things. What kinds of things do you like to do?"Ha! This was easier than he'd thought! He seemed really sweet, and super fun to hang around, though he definitely wasn't for the party scene and that was a bit of a bummer, though perhaps a quiet time at home would be okay when it came to drinking? Rocky wasn't even sure. Ah, what was he even thinking? The guy hadn't even mentioned what he liked to do yet and Rocky was trying to psycho-analyze him. He really had to stop doing that, but it was a habit he formed when he was younger. It's how he kept himself safe from being hurt. If he had an idea of something before he got into it, he'd at least know what he was getting into and it wouldn't hurt if he happened to be right about it being painful. You can't get damaged by something if you expect it, right? It's how he stayed so happy all the time.

| W hat did he like to do? It took him a few moments to come up with an answer. What if Rocky didn't enjoy doing the same things? Would it lead to some kind of compromise? "I like going to the movies." But then again, most people did.
"I like going the zoo, the park, I like, uh," What if they didn't find a common ground? Did that mean that he lost Rocky as a friend. "Well anything that isn't you know, crazy loud." That was the best way to it. He didn't like the arcade because of screaming children, he didn't like clubs because of the loud people popped up on ecstasy. "But uh, if you don't like any of that I could just do something you enjoy."
Even if he didn't like it, he'd rather sit through an evening that he didn't enjoy than lose a friend.

He smiled. Yeah. He'd already figured Hadas out. Seemed like he hit the nail right on the head. "I like those things. Basically, if it's in public, I like it. I don't mind quiet places like that. I do admit that I go to some louder places too. But, I like quiet places.
"Man, would you know it? I haven't been to the zoo in a damn long time. Or the aquarium--You like aquariums? Think the last time I went to one I was back at home in Georgia. Atlanta has a pretty cool aquarium. I really like those long, dark tunnels with the conveyor belts you can just stand on. They pull you through slow so you can look at everythin' and ride. It's so cool!" Rocky sounded like a little kid in a candy shop, explaining why he liked the aquarium. When paired up with the right person, Rocky could seriously talk an ear off and it looked like Hadas was the right kind of person. When he'd realized he'd been talking a lot, he suddenly stopped and cleared his throat, though he continued to smile like an excited child. "Sorry. I tend to talk a lot sometimes." With that said, he immediately leaned back against the backrest of the bench and calmed himself, hanging his arm over the back and tapping the wood with his fingertips lightly.

| G eorgia? Hadas had a feeling this whole time that Rocky was from America. He just couldn't exactly pinpoint where. Nova was a melting pot of nationalities. Hadas had been born on the small island, often he'd wonder what it would be like to be born somewhere - anywhere else.
"I do like aquariums." Fish were simple minded creatures, with simple desires. They wanted to eat, sleep, survive, and carry their genes to the next generation. So simple, yet so diverse. "Do sharks swim overhead?" Hadas pictured a tunnel with tigers, bulls, and great whites. Colorful fish that were meant to hold their own with the big ocean predators.
Rocky did talk a lot, but it seemed like a counterbalance. Hadas was a guy who didn't talk much at all - even when he was in a conversation, he tended to keep his mouth shut. He struggled with knowing exactly what to say most of the time. Rocky seemed sweet though.
"I-If you, uh, don't mind me asking - if you uh, don't want to answer that's fine too, but why did you leave America?" He faced Rocky, and leaned in as far as he could without feeling like he was imposing on Rocky's bubble.

Rocky just smiled at Hadas, not minding that he leaned forward. It took a lot to impose on his personal bubble when he wasn't already angry. "I just had to get away. Besides, Nova is a lot better than where I was," he replied, keeping it purposefully vague. And as if the subject never changed, "There are sharks that swim over head. They have some really huge ones and there are some that stick to the top of the tunnel. It's really great."Rocky was really on board, loving the conversation he was having. Hadas was really easy to talk to, surprisingly enough. In the distance, the loud music of the party could still be heard, mixed with the whoops and hollers of the party goers enjoying the time of their life. Rocky groaned when he heard something break and shook his head, letting out a chuckle. "Someone's gonna get their ass kicked. But hey, what about music? What kinds of music do ya like?" He figured it would be something calming, like the music Hadas danced to, or maybe the stuff people listen to when they do yoga.

| S harks were amazing to see with a foot thick piece of glass between you. The way they moved so effortlessly, they made swimming against tides look easy - but then again, they were built for it. "Sounds really neat."
Hadas decided not to comment on Rocky's journey. Sometimes, people needed to escape and that was completely and utterly understandable.
He was glad that he wasn't back at the party, but he was here, with Rocky instead. It was quiet, it was calm, and it felt safe. He had no interest in the party now, except to return when it all died down to change into his clothes. "Sounds like it." Sounds like many people were going to get their asses kicked.
"Soft music, I mean, I really don't uh, dislike any type of music I just prefer the relaxing kind. What about you?"

He nodded to Hadas' reply, tapping his hand against the back of the bench to the beat of the music off in the distance. "I like classic rock; stuff you can put on the radio and drive to. You know... Van Halen, Lynyrd Skynyrd, Aerosmith... Stuff like that. I dunno if you'd like it or not; it's kind of loud and kickin', but, it's really fun and full of life." Rocky was all about having fun and feeling alive, but he knew how to relax. "I can appreciate that; relaxin' stuff, I mean--Hey, you wanna walk around? Sittin' here's kinda gettin' a little dull. I bet this yard is huge. We could even go for a drive if you wanted to." He said it all with a warm smile, not wanting to spook Hadas or anything, knowing that sometimes he walked a little faster than other people did.

| A smile appeared on his face. Hadas was a sucker for the classic, not rock per say, but rather the actual classics. Classical music was his thing, he was pretty sure he got the taste from his grandmother, who decided to listen to nothing but classical music all day and all night.
"I'm up for whatever." He didn't mind what they did, as long as they didn't go back to that party. That was too loud, too many people, and too many drunks. He'd go back later and get his clothes, or if worse came to worse he'd go home in his bellydancing outfit. "A drive would be nice." He stood up, still smiling at Rocky. He placed his hand out, in an attempt to help him up. Not that Rocky couldn't well, get himself up. It was just the excuse that Hadas used in his mind. "Anything would be nice... I like being out with you."

Rocky smiled innocently, his face lighting up, as he took Hadas' hand and stood to his feet. Once he was up, though, he didn't let go of his hand, gently tugging him towards the direction of his truck. "I don't really know where to go," Rocky replied, his smile fading just a little at the thought, "But we can do whatever, go wherever you want to go. Is there any place you'd like to drive to?"Perhaps by asking a destination from Hadas, Rocky would learn a little more about him. He thought that would be nice, seeing how the belly dancer really was rather mysterious still. Rocky knew he liked calming music, was a dancer, and was pretty soft-spoken. That thought did give him something to ask, though. That was good at least. "What got you into dancin'? You said you'd been dancin' for a while, but why did you get into it?"

| H adas couldn't help but feel his face heat up when Rocky didn't let go of his hand. Damn it, he was such a woman when it came to these kinds of things. He followed though, and just hoped that he wouldn't get a case of sweaty palms.
"Not many places are open at this time of night." He took a minute to contemplate. "We could always go to a bakery? Or, we could just go for a drive, look at some scenery." He shook his head. "I-I'm sorry if I'm not very good with ideas." Hadas was okay with anything that Rocky wanted to do, as long as it was - well, not another party.
"I well," he looked down for a moment. "I had uh, a very hard trouble- I um couldn't communicate well with others. It was, a lot worse than I am now. So, I tried to express myself with art. I can't draw, and my writing kinda sucks, but I fell in love with dancing after going to uh, a professional show with my mother."

Rocky could feel Hadas' hand warming up in his own, but he didn't say anything about it, not wanting to make him feel self-conscious or anything like that. "I've got an idea. How about we go to the bakery, grab a few sweets, then just go drive somewhere and sit? Enjoy our food and talk a bit? Do you like that idea?" Rocky asked, stopping at his truck as he waited for Hadas' answer. He definitely didn't want to pressure him into something and just from the little bit of time he's spent with Hadas, he could tell that he was a pretty skiddish type of person. He seemed like the type to go along with someone just so they wouldn't feel bad, even if it made him uncomfortable in the end. Rocky wasn't going to have that.

| H adas nodded. He'd like that. He could walk in somewhere in his costume. It was flashy, but he could deal with some stares. "I'd like that, I really would."
He liked this guy, in all honesty, he seemed too sweet. The kind of guy girls dreamed of, he wished he could be like that. He's more of a timid mouse in the story, scurrying away. "Getting to know each other seems like, a, well great idea."
