OTHER
Olivia’s childhood was one of privilege, and she grew up getting whatever a little girl could want. Her family came from a bloodline rumored to be traced to Mark Antony. Such was how the family archives dictated, but either way Olivia came from a family with noble ties and old money. Her father decided to increase his wealth further by opening a successful chain of beachside resorts, allowing Olivia to grow up in a very luxurious and lavish lifestyle. She had a very close relationship with both of her parents, which instilled in her the values of always being there for those she considered like her family. Her most happy memories are of her summers spent in her parents‘ beach house surrounded by her aunts, uncles, and cousins all coming over to spend time with them all. Along with all of the wonderful food constantly being cooked by her mother and aunts.
Her teenage years were spent huddled over a desk as she made she would achieve the grades that would allow her to attend a very high end university. Olivia had actually convinced her mother to allow her too attend a high-end school in Japan, which she had always wished to visit for a period of time. Sure, she had spend a long few months mastering the Japanese language, but it was well worth it. Her parents paid for her tuition and board while she lived in Japan for those years she spent gaining her degree in Sociology, which she had always held an interest in.
Olivia graduated the top of her class, along with being quite proud of herself. She then spent the next couple years of her life deciding to travel. After all that time studying, she wanted time to herself to just focus on herself. Her travels taught her to speak English, Spanish, French, along with her fluent Italian and Japanese. It was a part of her life that allowed her to experience a more eye-opening experience to how different cultures and societies flourished and worked. Olivia soon found herself accepting a teaching position in Nova Athenis to satiate her curiosity on the island that had only recently appeared.
She has been teaching there for awhile now, and she enjoys her job quite a lot. Many of her students complain at her rather stern methods of teaching, but she hopes they know that she is always there to help them should they ask it of her.

Extras
- Olivia is quite the cook and grew up around a large family that required constant cooking when family gatherings took place. At one time she did consider going into a career as a chef, but she preferred studying the human mind than going straight to the stomach to win someone over. It is most a hobby for her now and once in awhile she will bring in baked goods for her students to sample.
- She has a strange fascination with people watching. If there is a bench in the park with many people milling about, then you will most likely see Olivia in that bench watching those people. It is not in a creepy sense, but she likes to see how people go about their lives and study their behavior through their facial expressions, body language, and the tone of their voice when they speak.
- Olivia is fluent in a decent amount of languages from her time studying abroad and traveling once she finished her schooling. She can fluently write, read, and speak her native Italian, French, Spanish, English and Japanese.
